Besides your room and the individual rooms of us there's a kitchen incl. dishwasher, a bathroom, an anteroom, a living room incl. TV, a balcony and wireless internet. So the flat is quite big and comfortable.
All around the flat it's green and quiet as is the area around the flat in general (nice part of the 18th district). Though the next underground station, trams and buses are just a 3 minutes walk away.
In the flat we like to cook, watch tv or go out from time to time together, but we also like (or have to - because of work for ex.) go our own ways. And although the individual rooms are already very well separated, we are all though very respectfull towards each other as regards noise, cleanliness, etc.
The available languages in the flat are German (Austrian), Spanish, Russian and English.

About the flat:
The flat is big, bright, cosy and warm. It has all the comforts and appliances you can think of, from a high speed wi-fi internet connection to a real fully automated espresso coffee machine. Public transportation is literally one minute from the doorstep. You can reach the city center (Innere Stadt) in about 15 minutes by tram, or even faster if you ride a bike. Within walking distance you have several supermarkets, shops, cafes and pubs.
About us:
Some of us are more talkative, some are quiet, some are diplomatic, some are working, some are studying, some like photography, some like salsa. We all like a good movie or a concert, cooking together, eating with friends and having interesting conversations. We do not like wasting things and try to keep the flat as environmentally friendly as possible. I (Reini) own the place and I (Reini) will be a pain in the ass about cleanliness if necessary so please take the criteria we listed seriously. Seriously!

The apartment has a nice kitchen with a dining table, a wardrobe, a big bathroom and 2 rooms; one upstairs, and one downstairs. It was recently renovated, so everything is new. The bigger room downstairs (with its own sunny balcony) is available starting from 1st of February.
